What is a committee task?

A committee task is a task usually created automatically when an action item was added to the minutes and:
either, the item has a future due date
or, the item is deferred to a future meeting
The task is created for the member that was assigned to the action item.

How do I delete a task?

It depends. You can only delete your own personal tasks unless you are a committee admin. In this case you can also edit or delete committee tasks assigned to other members. (committee admins cannot view or delete personal tasks

Can I create a task for someone else?

Yes, if you are a committee admin you can create a new committee task for one or more members manually. All members can view these tasks but only the admin and the assigned member can update the tasks.
